Initial update - Starting development


Hello, everyone.

This is the official post to show that Slyggdrasil has started it's post-planning development! All plans and schedules have been finished and saved to begin creating the actual game, making this an official commitment to working on the project up until and perhaps even after the first version is released on the page. 

To start this huge update, I'd like to summarise what has been done in preparation of making sure development will have a clean start:

This week, I have gone over the project's plan and the project's requirements to make sure all is up-to-date and ready to change in whatever way they may need to. I have also created the blank project file and saved it in online version control to make sure no data or progress is lost or corrupted throughout. Development on a working prototype aims to start before or exactly the end of next week (30/4/2023).

On another note, I'm happy to share the current designs for both players of Slyggdrasil, these may change in the future but sharing the kind of direction I plan to follow in the game's aesthetic will always be exciting for me.
